KunYuan Rihua Zhiyun Debuts at GOS 2026

Held in Kunming from July 22 to 24, the 23rd GOS International Oil and Fat Chemical Conference welcomed Rihua Zhiyun to showcase its offerings. As Liby Technology Group’s one-stop industrial internet platform serving the daily chemical industry, Rihua Zhiyun presented two core offerings: digital procurement solutions for oil and fat raw materials and full-spectrum contract manufacturing services. Huang Jianxin, Executive Deputy General Manager of the Platform’s Contract Manufacturing Division, spoke at a sub-forum. Together with more than 300 enterprises spanning the full industrial chain, he shared actionable strategies to cut operating costs and stabilise supply chains.

At the GOS International Oil and Chemical Conference venue

This year’s GOS Conference comes at a testing time for the global oleochemical sector, which grapples with mounting costs and shifting supply and demand dynamics. The conference hosted in-depth discussions on how geopolitical shifts, energy transition and biodiesel policies affect key feedstocks including palm oil, soybean oil and rapeseed oil, as well as major industrial chain segments: fatty alcohols, fatty acids, glycerol, epichlorohydrin and surfactants. Industry-leading institutions, corporate executives and experts from home and abroad gathered to work out solutions to shared industry hurdles.

Booth Highlight: Integrated Digital Procurement & Contract Manufacturing – Dual Levers to Ease Business Pressures

Oleochemical, detergent and daily chemical businesses are facing extreme volatility in raw material prices. Small and medium-sized daily chemical manufacturers bear heavy operational burdens: high procurement expenses, unstable material supply and delayed access to market intelligence.

Drawing on Liby Technology Group’s 30 years of experience leading daily chemical supply chain operations, Rihua Zhiyun hosts over 4,000 high-quality raw material SKUs across 73 categories. The platform operates an efficient digital trading ecosystem connecting upstream suppliers and downstream buyers, delivering lower costs, higher operational efficiency and greater transparency throughout raw material procurement — core strengths on full display at the exhibition.

Raw Material Procurement Services

The platform aggregates purchasing needs from over 130,000 industry participants, forming a digital hub that streamlines collaboration between upstream and downstream partners. It enables fast matching between buyers and suppliers, cuts transaction expenses and boosts deal efficiency, laying solid groundwork for stable supply chain operations.

Real-time raw material market intelligence

The platform tracks live price movements of daily chemical raw materials and releases regular industry price briefings and market outlook reports. Reliable data supports companies when making procurement decisions and helps mitigate risks caused by raw material price swings.

Full end-to-end industrial chain services

Beyond core trading services, the platform provides supporting solutions covering OEM/ODM contract manufacturing, supply chain finance, digital industrial transformation and overseas market expansion. It delivers one-stop support spanning R&D, production, sourcing and sales.

Throughout the conference, the booth drew numerous raw material suppliers, daily chemical brands and contract manufacturers. Visitors held in-depth talks with on-site teams about potential cooperation, covering bulk raw material sourcing, market data subscriptions and platform membership options. Industry attendees widely recognised the value brought by the platform’s digital supply chain solutions.

Keynote Speech: Squeezed Margins Amid Rising Raw Material Costs; Platform-driven Contract Manufacturing Builds Cost Barriers for Brands

On the morning of July 24, Huang Jianxin, Executive Deputy General Manager of Rihua Zhiyun’s Contract Manufacturing Division, delivered a keynote speech at the daily chemical sub-forum. Citing data from Euromonitor, Magic Mirror and Zhuochuang Information, he noted that amid geopolitical tensions in the Middle East, Brent crude oil averaged USD 86.72 per barrel from January to July 2026, a year-on-year rise of 22.8%. Prices of sulfonic acid — a key raw material — climbed 66.2%, while glycerol and propylene glycol rose 28.4% and 37.9% respectively. These cost pressures have pushed laundry detergent production costs up more than 40%. At the same time, average prices of end products continue to slide, leaving most industry players with single-digit gross margins and severe operational strain.

To tackle these challenges, Huang put forward the concept of platform-based integrated contract manufacturing. Backed by Liby Technology Group’s nationwide production and R&D network, Rihua Zhiyun consolidates scattered brand orders into large-scale procurement and production schedules. It drives cost savings on three fronts: bulk purchasing negotiations, unified production scheduling and platform-level formula optimisation. Brands can leverage Liby’s mature manufacturing capacity and supply chain resources via the platform. This asset-light model helps ease cost pressure and sustain steady profitability. To date, the platform’s contract manufacturing GMV has exceeded RMB 7 billion. It continues to expand partnerships across the industrial value chain, leveraging coordinated production capacity to offset cyclical risks.

Rihua Zhiyun links upstream and downstream industry players and keeps building digital collaboration channels for the daily chemical sector.

Participation in GOS 2026 Kunming International Oil and Fat Chemical Conference marks a key opportunity for Rihua Zhiyun to demonstrate its digital supply chain capabilities to oleochemical players and industrial partners nationwide. During the event, the platform showcased its core services including raw material procurement, contract manufacturing and supply-demand matching, while greatly expanding channels for industrial resource connection.

Moving forward, Rihua Zhiyun will keep taking part in major professional expos for the oleochemical and daily chemical industries across China. It will offer full-spectrum digital solutions covering the whole supply chain, from raw material sourcing through production to sales. The platform will further upgrade its big data system tracking raw material market trends, publish regular in-depth industry analysis reports, and develop a vital hub for industry exchange, resource matching and information sharing. Together with partners across the sector, Rihua Zhiyun will jointly navigate raw material price volatility and unlock new long-term growth opportunities for the detergent and daily chemical industry.
